Our surroundings offer a lot of opportunities for relaxation and sporting. In the vicinity are situated:
- Ski centre Žiarce – there are 2 lifts – T-bar lift and J-bar lift, with total capacity of 2434 people per hour. Semi-difficult and difficult downhill runs are suitable not only for the beginners but also for advanced skiers. Parents with children have an opportunity to use ski-lift for children, which is situated within the ski resort. The ski resort offers night skiing. Žiarce has 7 km of maintained cross-country skiing tracks too.

- The mountain summer bobsleigh Žiarce – is first of its kind in Slovakia. It is 1000 meters long. The track has 16 curves and 6 terrain waves. Bobsleighs are equipped with three brakes that are independent from each other. It means that you can choose an optimal speed and style of ride. It is ideal for long holiday, so as for a short family trips.
